Former DoorDash driver Olivia Rose Henderson, 23, entered a not guilty plea after allegedly recording and sharing video of an unconscious, partially nude customer. Henderson was delivering food in New York’s Oswego City when she found the customer’s front door open and the man passed out on his couch with clothing pulled down. “My customer requested that my order be left at their front door,” she said in an October 12th TikTok. “They were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me.” Police determined the customer was unconscious from alcohol consumption. Henderson faces charges of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and dissemination of unlawful surveillance images in the first degree, both class E felonies carrying up to eight years in prison. DoorDash deactivated both accounts. Her next court date is January 20, 2026. (Story URL)
