Four suspects burglarized luxury SoHo boutique 4G on Monday morning, stealing approximately $1 million in merchandise in four-and-a-half minutes. The thieves broke into the appointment-only Spring Street showroom at 4:45 a.m. by climbing a fire escape and throwing a brick through a second-story window. Store manager Tommy Macari told PIX11 the group targeted high-end items, including the entire jean inventory and one-of-a-kind pieces. “They took a lot of ‘one of one’ high-end merchandise,” Macari said. “They definitely knew what they were going for.” Among stolen items was a pair of jeans previously owned by Lenny Kravitz. The boutique serves celebrity clients including Future, Drake, and Mark Wahlberg. Police arrived 91 seconds after the burglary but no arrests have been made. (Story URL)
