Pet bobcat escapes near Warroad in northern Minnesota

WARROAD, Minn. (KFGO/KVRR) – The Roseau County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating a pet bobcat that escaped from the Warroad area.  

The Sheriff’s Office says anyone who sees the bobcat should not approach it, but contact its office at 218-463-1421 or the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources AT 507-285-7186.  

Bobcats are listed as a regulated species in Minnesota.
