The latest chart update shows that Dai Dai drew 94.3 million official on-demand streams worldwide during the tracking week ending July 9. Fewer than 8% of those streams came from the United States, reflecting the song’s particularly strong reception across international markets.
The collaboration combines Shakira’s Latin pop sound with Burna Boy’s Afrobeats influence, creating a multilingual track built for a global sporting event. Its rise also gives Shakira another leader on the Global 200, following her previous success with TQG alongside Karol G in 2023. For Burna Boy, Dai Dai marks his first No. 1 on the chart.
