Dua Lipa stars in a new NBC Sports ad promoting the upcoming 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. The commercial is set to Lipa’s Radical Optimism standout, “Training Season,” and features the pop superstar strolling through the city’s iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II as it transforms into a winter wonderland, while she proclaims, “Milan, such a cool place. And when the Winter Olympics arrive, it’ll get even cooler when these incredible women hit the world stage.” Lipa shouts out top American female athletes like veteran alpine skier Lindsey Vonn, figure skater Alysa Liu, record-setting alpine skier Mikaela Shiffrin, and Gold medal-winning snowboarder Chloe Kim, whom Lipa calls “levitating,” in reference to her Diamond-certified 2020 hit single. “As a global music and fashion icon, Dua Lipa perfectly embodies Milan’s spirit — cool, confident, and world-class,” says NBC Sports executive Joseph Lee in a statement. The 2026 Winter Olympics begin on February 6, airing on NBC and Peacock. (Rolling Stone)
