Kevin Spacey clarified Sunday he is not homeless, criticizing The Telegraph for what he called a “knowingly misleading headline” in a video posted on X. The actor explained, “I feel it would be disingenuous of me to allow you to believe that I am indeed homeless in the colloquial sense.” Spacey said he told Telegraph journalist Mick Brown he was “basically living in hotels and Airbnbs and going where the work is, just as I did when I first started out in this business.” He stated, “I’ve been working nearly nonstop this entire year, and for that I have so much to be grateful for.” The confusion began after Spacey allegedly told The Telegraph Wednesday, “I literally have no home, that’s what I’m attempting to explain. The costs over these last seven years have been astronomical.” Spacey’s career declined after 2017 sexual assault allegations, though he was acquitted in court cases in 2022 and 2023. (Story URL)
