Michigan authorities have identified a 48-year-old woman captured on video throwing hot coffee at a McDonald’s manager in Buena Vista Township. The incident occurred after the customer demanded a refund, claiming she waited over an hour for an online order containing two sandwiches. Video shows the manager explaining “Your refund will take up to 48 hours” before turning away. The woman then yelled “Fu-k you. Catch that hot-ass coffee” and hurled the beverage at the manager’s back. Detective Russ Pahssen confirmed the employee suffered minor burns. “Within about two minutes, we had her identified,” Pahssen said Wednesday, noting he received approximately 100 tips after Buena Vista Police Department posted the viral footage Tuesday.
