Clark ate a 130-gram ice cream cone in 24.72 seconds at Teddy’s ice cream shop in Dun Laoghaire, beating the previous record of 24.97 seconds. The shop posted Facebook video showing the cone being weighed before Clark’s attempt. Guinness World Records must still review and certify the achievement. If approved, this would mark Clark’s 35th Guinness World Records title.
