A new Pew Research Center analysis shows most divorced Americans marry again. The study finds about two-thirds of divorced adults in the United States remarry, with men only slightly more likely than women to do so. Widows, however, are less likely to remarry than divorced women. Pew reports that nearly half of divorced adults who remarry have children with their new spouses, changing household structures. The data also show remarried adults have a median household net worth of $329,100, compared to $326,900 for those in first marriages. Divorced workers who stay single have a median net worth of $98,700. (Story URL)
