NBC Sports announced Monday that Stanley Tucci will contribute primetime segments during the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games coverage in February. The actor and cookbook author will present travelogue-style features highlighting Northern Italian food, culture and lifestyle for NBC and Peacock viewers. “It’s been my passion to learn about the people of Italy by traversing the country and savoring its food. But this time, I’ll have a guest with me — the world,” Tucci said. NBC Olympics executive producer Molly Solomon called Tucci “the it guy on Italian culture in our country” and praised his “mix of cool curiosity and masterful storytelling.” Tucci hosts CNN’s Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy, National Geographic’s Tucci in Italy and has authored four cookbooks. The Opening Ceremony begins February 6, 2026. (Story URL)
