Tyler Capehart, 39, a cameraman working with singer Benson Boone’s tour, was arrested Thursday for urinating on clothing worth $689.30 at a Surf Style shop in Clearwater, Florida. Store workers witnessed Capehart on security cameras standing between clothing racks on the second floor for an extended time. After he left, management discovered urine covering merchandise and the floor, making the items unsellable. When confronted by police, the intoxicated Georgia resident said he “consumed alcohol and smoked marijuana” but “did not have any recollection of urinating on the clothing/floor inside Surf Style.” Capehart was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly intoxication, posted $650 bond, and was released Friday morning. The incident occurred one day before Boone’s “American Heart World Tour” performance at Tampa’s Benchmark International Arena. (Story URL)
