During an interview with Extra on Sunday (August 17), actress Zoë Kravitz praised the new album by Taylor Swift, The Life of a Showgirl, after she “heard bits” of the forthcoming record. “It’s fantastic, of course,” Kravitz revealed. “No skips.” The interviewer seemed surprised by her statement and responded, “No skips? That’s rare,” causing Kravitz to fire back, “For her, it’s not.” To hype her upcoming new album ahead of its October 3 release, on Monday (August 18) Swift released two limited “Shiny Bug Edition” vinyl variants, featuring new sparkly cover art and exclusive marbled vinyl colors that sold out quickly. The album, produced by Max Martin and Shellback and featuring Sabrina Carpenter on the title track, was first announced last week with artwork and a tracklist revealed during Swift’s record-setting appearance on her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast.
