The Brooklyn Cyclones, a Minor League Baseball team in New York, hosted their annual Seinfeld Night promotion, with an Elaine dance contest taking center stage. The team has held these Seinfeld-themed events since 2014, and this year’s festivities featured a competition to emulate the iconic dance performed by Elaine Benes (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) in the Season 8 episode “The Little Kicks.” Major League Baseball shared a video of the event on social media, showcasing dancers of all ages – many dressed in Elaine cosplay – attempting the dance described by George Costanza as “a full-body dry heave set to music.” Ultimately, Olivia Vessel, a New York-based actress, was named the winner of the Elaine dance contest. In addition to the dance competition, fans attending Seinfeld Night received a limited-edition “The Kramer” bobblehead, depicting a painting of Kramer. (UPI)
