A New York man, Kelechi Ezihie, claimed the record for the most consecutive hours playing golf with a 35-hour stint on a Long Island course. Initially aiming for a 24-hour Guinness World Record, Ezihie extended his play after learning of a British golfer’s 32-hour feat in Norway. With friends, flashlights, and glow-in-the-dark golf balls, Ezihie completed 126 holes by playing the 18-hole course seven times. He took one five-minute break per hour, adhering to Guinness rules. Ezihie, who has played golf for two and a half years, hopes to promote diversity in the sport and raise funds for a golf center in Nigeria. (Newser)
