The incident occurred at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort on December 11, 2023. The victim, identified as C.N., claims the employee brushed against her naked body before fleeing. She reported the incident to hotel security and her boyfriend but was advised not to contact the police. The lawsuit alleges gross negligence, invasion of privacy, and obstruction of justice, seeking over $7 million in damages. The hotel management has not responded to requests for comment. (Dailymail)
