Miami port workers Angel Prudhomme, 27, and Tangela Park, 50, were arrested for stealing over $50,000 worth of artwork from a Florida port. Surveillance footage captured them removing art pieces from Terminal G and loading them into their vehicles. Prudhomme was seen hiding artwork in a stairwell and stuffing valuable pieces into trash cans to avoid security cameras. Their plan failed when half of the stolen pieces were damaged during the theft and had to be abandoned. The damaged artworks were recovered, and the remaining pieces were found at Prudhomme’s home and vehicle. Both suspects confessed to the theft and are facing charges for second-degree grand theft.
