Australian fitness enthusiast Olivia Vinson, 34, has set a new Guinness World Record for the most pull-ups completed in 24 hours by a female, with 7,079 pull-ups – nearly doubling the previous record. After a failed first attempt that ended prematurely due to a bicep tendon injury, Vinson resumed training for two months before a successful second attempt. She described the 19-hour mark as a particular challenge, as she began to feel nauseous from fatigue. However, Vinson persevered, completing the record-breaking 7,079 pull-ups, averaging five per minute. “I’ve achieved a number that I genuinely didn’t think was possible for me,” Vinson stated, reflecting on the human potential behind world record achievements.
