Saturday’s Minor League Baseball game between the Springfield Cardinals and the Northwest Arkansas Naturals was delayed when two ducks decided to wander casually around the field. Video footage of the “duck delay” shows one duck flying away on its own, and the other one eventually waddling off when crew members opened an outfield gate. The birds appeared to be a bad omen for the Springfield team, which lost by one run. (UPI)
