Crews in Texas worked for hours to clean up $800,000 in dimes off of U.S. Highway 287 on Tuesday. The coins were being transported in an 18-wheeler that overturned in Wise County at 5:30 a.m. It took over 12 hours to pick up eight million dimes and reopen the road. The driver and a passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries, but it’s still unclear why the truck was carrying millions of dimes. (Fox 4 News)
