Bride-To-Be Arrested For Domestic Battery After Prenuptial Dispute
A St. Petersburg couple’s wedding plans hit a major snag when an argument over a prenuptial agreement turned violent. Molly Rose Hogan, 26, was arrested after attacking her fiancé during a heated dispute late Sunday night. The altercation, which occurred just days before their wedding, left the groom with multiple injuries and involved Hogan biting his brother, who tried to intervene.
Police responded to the incident and arrested Hogan on charges of domestic battery and simple battery. Alcohol was reportedly a factor in the altercation. Released on her recognizance, Hogan has been ordered to have no contact with her fiancé or his brother.
The wedding, scheduled for July 27, is now in question, though their online registry remains active, seeking contributions for the big day. Whether the couple will still walk down the aisle remains to be seen, but the violent disagreement has certainly cast a shadow over their nuptial plans.
