Friday night opens up the high school football season in North Dakota in full. Three games will be played in Class AA, and a full schedule of play in Class A and 9-Man.
In Class AA, preseason #1 Fargo North travels to Horace. The Spartans return a strong senior class against a Horace team in its second season as a varsity program.
In Class A, #3 Kindred hosts #2 Central Cass. The Squirrels upset the Vikings in the Class A playoffs on their way to the Dakota Bowl for the first time. You can hear the game on 104.7 KFGO and kfgo.com with a 7 PM kickoff.
In 9-Man, #2 LaMoure/Litchville-Marion travels to Milnor to face Sargent County. The Bulldogs are moving down from 11-man football for the first time since the mid-2000s.
