SHARON, N.D. (KFGO) – A Northwood, North Dakota man is dead after an ATV crash in rural Steele County Friday evening.
According to a report from the Highway Patrol, 46-year-old Christopher Johnson was driving east on 16th Street NE about 13 miles northeast of Sharon when he lost control of the ATV near the intersection of 134th Avenue.
The ATV rolled and Johnson was thrown from the machine.
The crash happened around 6:20 p.m.
Steele County Sheriff’s Office, Northwood Ambulance, and Hatton Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene. The Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
