The Bears and Jackrabbits were locked up in a 14-14 tie until midway through the fourth quarter when SDSU found the end zone twice to pull off the win. After going down 14-0 early in the second half, the Bears showed moxie and scored two touchdowns to even the game up heading into the fouth quarter.
The Fighting Hawks and Bears have met on the gridiron on four occasions and the series is tied 2-2. MSU picked up the most recent win of the series, winning 32-28 last season in Springfield after two costly UND turnovers late in the game allowed MSU to escape with the victory.
