What the what!? If you’re a boss and looking to keep morale low…do this!
On Reddit posted someone showed a photo of a sign their boss put up announcing a new rule: For every minute you’re late to work, you have to stay an extra ten minutes at the end of the day. For example, if you’re two minutes late, you stay after 20 minutes. The person who posted it said it was a minimum wage job, and they quit and called it the worst place they’ve ever worked.
My question is if an employee shows up ten minutes early do they get to leave the equivalent early?
