ROTHSAY, Minn. (KFGO) – The Wilkin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a bomb threat at the school in Rothsay.
Sheriff Rick Fielder says staff and students were evacuated and sent home for the day. A search of the school was conducted, but nothing suspicious was found.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol and Rothsay Fire Rescue also responded.
The threat was made shortly before 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
