ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The third man convicted in a deadly 2019 stabbing at Red Carpet Nightclub in St. Cloud is going to prison.
A Stearns County judge sentenced 29-year-old Bryant Stephenson to 40 years for the second-degree murder of 29-year-old Unity McGill. Police said Stephenson, Christopher Johnson, and Lawrence Johnson stabbed McGill to death on the dance floor after he had gotten into a fight with Lawrence earlier that night.
Christopher Johnson also received a 40-year sentence and Lawrence got 34 years.
