HORACE, ND (KFGO) – A skunk who was roaming through a neighborhood in Horace is no more.
Former KFGO News reporter Al Aamodt says he was preparing to mow his lawn Thurs. morning when he smelled and then spotted a skunk.
Aamodt says he contacted North Dakota Game and Fish and the Cass County Sheriff’s Office. Two deputies responded and one of them shot the skunk with a pellet gun after it crawled under a sheriff’s dept. SUV.
The skunk was placed in a plastic garbage bag and properly disposed of.
