Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak announced his retirement from football on Thursday.

Kubiak took over for Kevin Stefanski who left for the Cleveland Browns head coaching job.
Minnesota had the fourth-best offense in 2020 turning out 6,292 total yards under Kubiak.
Running back Dalvin Cook had a career-best 312 rushes for 1,557 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2020.
Kubiak played nine seasons with the Denver Broncos as a backup quarterback from 1983-1991. He also spent time as the head coach for the Houston Texans from 2005-2013 and the Broncos from 2015-2016.
