MOORHEAD, MINN. (KFGO) – Moorhead police say no arrests have been made after officers responded to a disturbance call at a home just off Main Ave. at 16th St. S shortly after 3 a.m. Wed. There was a heavy presence of armed officers and a section of Main Avenue was shut down to traffic.
Police say initial reports that guns were used could not be substantiated. There were makeshift weapons and a knife involved and at least one person was hurt. Police say it stemmed from incidents that took place at other locations earlier.
At one point, could be heard on a bull horn telling those inside the home to come out with hands up while a spotlight was pointed at the house as police appproached.
