This is one of the only pictures I have to show my acne (I was too embarrassed to take pictures if I didn’t have makeup on) but I used to have cystic acne that was extremely painful and took FOREVER to heal.

challenge.
One of the goals is to drink HALF of your body weight in water – EACH DAY!
I went from drinking no water a day to half my weight in water.
How to figure out how much water you should drink – Take your weight (when I first started I was 150 lbs) and divide that by 2 and that’s how many ounces you need to drink a day (150/2 = 75 oz)
Now I NEVER drank water, it was always Coke or coffee. Maybe a sip of water to wash down my birth control pill but that was it. I HATED water ew!!
So to drink all that water daily – 75 oz – was a struggle! But I pushed myself. I carried a water bottle with me EVERYWHERE I went. Bought a filter so I would have fresh water at home and set goals on how much I wanted to drink at certain times of the day – To be honest there was LOTS of chugging and there still is!
Right away I noticed how much more energy I had. Overall I felt better! I wasn’t getting sick all the time like I used to and HANGOVERS were GONE! – Staying hydrated really was paying off. On the downside I was peeing CONSTANTLY!
I was told my skin would see improvements but that was the LAST thing I noticed. Now after 4 month of drinking half my weight in water – I have lost weight but I also can see the improvement on my face. I rarely get breakouts anymore – if I do they are little and go away ASAP. No more of the cystic acne that was huge and painful.
