Memorial Day has come and gone, which means Billboard has officially instituted its annual Songs of the Summer chart.  Each week between now and Labor Day, the chart will track which 10 songs are the most popular, based on their performance on the Billboard Hot 100; when summer's over, the song that had the best overall performance will receive the coveted "Song of the Summer" title.

Last year, Robin Thicke 's " Blurred Lines" won the title. So who are the contenders this year?  Well, #1 on the first chart of the season is Iggy Azalea 's "Fancy."  But even if the Australian rapper can't hold onto the top spot, she's got another chance: she's also featured on the #2 song on the chart: Ariana Grande 's "Problem."

Here are the rest of the top 10 tracks on the season's first "Song of the Summer" chart:

3. John Legend, "All of Me"
4. DJ Snake & Lil Jon, "Turn Down for What"
5. Pharrell Williams, "Happy:
6. Nico & Vinz, "Am I Wrong"
7. Katy Perry f. Juicy J, "Dark Horse"
8. MAGIC!, "Rude"
9. Calvin Harris, "Summer"
10. Jason Derulo f. Snoop Dogg, "Wiggle"
