FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – A driver escaped injury after crashing his car into the Sanford Occupational Health Building on 12th Avenue North in Fargo.
Police, fire, and FM Ambulance responded to the crash just after midnight Friday, September 4.
Police say the driver, who remained on scene, appeared to have a medical issue that caused him to crash. His car and the building sustained significant damage.
